Hello

I am back with some random photos
and happenings from my week.

We have been out and about hiking once again.
Finding beauty on the hiking trail.  I love bringing my camera along
it a great excuse when I want to take a break.
HEY.. I need to stop and take a picture.

I was happy to finally get a photo of this little guy who has been
hanging out in the tree right behind us.  They are so fast. Most of my photos
are just a big yellow blur.

We made it to Yellowstone National Park.  It was a two hour drive
and well worth it..  I was hoping to see some Moose but all we saw was
lots and lots of Bison.  It was kinda cool to see these great big animals
 roll around like a dog.

This here little Ma and Pa owned BBQ joint serves the best
Tacos I have ever had..  If you ever find yourself in Victor, Idaho
its a must stop.   And yes they put BBQ sauce on there Tacos.

We went to bed on Wednesday night to the wonderful sound of
rain .  And woke up Thursday morning to a winter wonderland.
My husband made this here snowman..  I stayed inside and sipped on hot
coffee in our nice warm RV..  Till it was time to take a picture.

So I do hope you had a happy and eventful week.
Take time to notice the small things my friends because one
day you will realize they weren't that small at all.

Hugs~

  1. Love your photo's Linda! If you have a hard time taking a photo of a moving bird, do you have video on your camera? I used to take a video of the Hummingbirds and took the still from the video! This yellow bird was just beautiful! E-mail me your daughter's address so I can mail you something! I so enjoyed the postcard! Have a wonderful time on your way to Oregon!

  4. Don't enjoy snow? hehehehe what a cool snowman, and snow.... well have only seen it once, when I was very young. Gorgeous photographs, the yellow bird is so bright and pretty .. and the Bison I think we call water buffalo, though I could be very wrong (they look the same). Happy traveling!!
