Tag Tuesday...

Well I'm so happy I got to play along this week with one of my favorite challenges, Tag Tuesday. I was a little sad that I didn't get back in time to play last week.. But I must say I had a wonderful Vacation.

This weeks challenge was Music.  Some where on your Tag there had to be some music notes..
The first thing I thought of was the sweet music a bird makes and that is what I went with.

I actually embossed my little feathered friend and then used some watercolor pencil to colored him in.
I found this little quote from Maya Angelou,  I thought would go perfectly with this Tag.

Of Course I had to put a little lace on the bottom!
And I put an old button for my collection, to top it off!
Of Course I had to snap  you a picture of my plants that are all so pretty right now,
I just love all that color. Those Purple flowers on my Chase bush will bloom a couple of times this summer
It makes it seem so much cooler outside when they are blooming,
I'm sorry to say it's already going to be over 100 degrees this
weekend... Hello Summer!

Thank your for stopping by and taking a peek,  If you get a chance you should  pop on over
and see all the other Tags.

Hugs, Linda

Hey Linda, lovely tag, I saw it this morning and thought I want to do one for the challenge too, but I have a lot to do right now, we'll see if I can find some time tomorrow!
Love your little garden, our backyard is kind of bare right now, need to get some tips from you when we get there.

Glad you had a good vacation -- and glad you had time to join in this week's challenge with your lovely bird tag. Always love a touch of lace on a tag. Goes perfectly with the vintage button at the top.
