Tag Tuesday....

Good Morning, and Happy Thursday!
Here is my Tag for this weeks Tag Tuesday.  The Challenge was
to not use paper for your Tag..  What a great Challenge..

So here is what I came up with!

The Tag itself is from an empty Cracker Box. Cut in to the shape of a Heart.

Then I glued Material and lace on to the heart shape. I just love this
fabric, it looks like it was stamped..  I have had it for years and just
now got around to using it!

I was pretty happy up till this point... Then I drew a blank I didn't want
to cover up the material and it still looked to plain, It needed something else.
Oh why can't I have a brain like Lynn Stevens.  That's what I was thinking..
So I got out the glue and went a little flower crazy..

Thanks you Louise for the Great challenge, And making me use my
Blond Thinker..  If you would like to join in on this wonderful challenge
hope over to Kard Krazy! Or just take a peek at all the wonderful Tags.

This is my Last weekend of my Summer Vacation,
It's back to work on Monday..  I know it probably sounds
weird, but I am pretty excited to get back!

Thanks you so much for stopping by and taking a peek!

Hugs, Linda

What a gorgeous project, what patience you have, your tag is just beautiful. I know what you mean about returning to work I've so missed my colleagues being off for 7 weeks though the thoughts of 40+ newbie under 3's is slightly daunting. I do love my job though. Enjoy your last few days. Julie x

I love it! It is so cute and homey! And I think this was the hardest one that you have done. I couldn't of come up with something so clever. I'm not creative and I probably would of use a garbage bag!

I'm the same way - I don't like to cover up my backgrounds! But you did a fabulous job on your tag!

Brilliant! Love the fact the tag is so different to a normal 'tag shape', makes it really different. You have made a great job of decorating it but not completely covering that yummy fabric! x

Great tag Linda! Love that fabric and your flower embellies. I use tons of cereal box chipboard. Comes in pretty handy huh. LOL

Jean Franks Beck said...

Beautiful tag - just the right amount of embellies so that it looks wonderful but doesn't cover up that gorgeous fabric! And I love the "non paper" that it's on. :)
