It's Tag Tuesday Time!

I hope everyone is having a nice week. It has been so windy here in Vegas I haven't got to be out enjoying my yard at all. So of course that means more time in my craft room. So I am still smiling!
Here is the tag I made for this weeks Tag Tuesday Challenge. It was pretty simple (so I thought) all we had to do is put a little glitter on our tag. I couldn't figure out where to put it so there is a little glitter on the button. You can see it if you look real hard. Hehe! And I hung a glittered flower off the bottom of my tag. There you have it. Not a lot, but just enough. I finally used a doilie. Yea! I bought these awhile ago and have never used them. Once again I had a lot of fun with this one!

Thanks Louise for another great challenge. To check out everyone else's Glitter Tags hop on over to Here to check them out!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

A Little Bird Told Me!

I has been such a Nice Sunday for me. I had a little time to work in my yard, which I love to do and had a little time to do a challenge. Yea! That is the perfect day!
The challenge I did is from Shirley's 2 Girls! The image I used is also one of there images. It's just adorable I love it! Who wouldn't love a kitty digi! The challenge was to use a flower on your card! That's another reason I pick this digi! They have so many cute Digi stamps you should go take a look!
Well I thought I would snap a few shots of some real flowers why I was at it! Yes my pansy's are still hang'n in there! I'm hoping they will last a little longer they are so colorful.

These are some beautiful Gazania! I just planted them last week, I hope they keep blooming they are so pretty!

This is one of the Humming birds favorite's. He has been flying around just waiting for this to bloom. Any day now it should open up! Maybe if I'm lucky I can get a picture of him!

Thanks for stopping by! I hope you had a nice relaxing weekend!

Recycle,Repurpose, Reuse!

This weeks challenge over at Tag Tuesday was to Recycle,
Repurpose and Reuse! It really is fun when you start thinking
of all the things you can Recycle!

My Tag it self was used from those subscription forms that fall out of every magazine I have ever gotten, thats right I save all those this isn't the first tag I've made with these!

I gesso it up!

and then Inked it and painted and inked it some more!

That Image "stamp 10" that I used was a tag off
a shirt I had bought about 5 years ago. It has been waiting
to be used! And of course the little can tab. I have a little stash
of those as well!
How fun this was! It turned out completely different than
I had planned. Thanks Louise for another great Challenge!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

Very inspiring Tag Tuesday!

The challenge this week over at Tag Tuesday was to inspire
Louise. I love this challenge. I knew right away what
Quote I was going to use on my tag!

Years ago I picked up a needle point that
had this quote on it.
I must admit I not to fast at needle points
but I love to do them.

I picked up this needle point while on vacation in Solvang, CA.
I try to make it to this shop every year. I just love how inspired
I get when I walk in to this wonderful little shop. If your
ever in the area you should stop by and get inspired!

I just wanted to give a THANK YOU to Louise for her
RAK she gave me. The flower on my tag was made from
this chip board!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a look!

It's good to be back!

Well its always so much fun to be out exploring different
places, but it's also good to be home! I have a lot of catching
up to do, because of the remote area we were in we had no
Internet! Its is amazing how I miss it when I don't have it!
***
We spent a week in a little town called Tombstone in AZ.
Yes this is the same Tombstone the movie was made from.

On our journey out we stopped in the town of Wikieup
to get some coffee and stumbled into this little country
market. It was a lot of fun to look at all the graffiti on the
walls. This is the kind of stuff I love to find! CRAZY!

Of course there was no shortage of Cactus on our journey.
But we were pleased with all the wild flowers
this time of year.

Not far from Tombstone is the town of Bisbee! Lots of cute little

shops and we found this little Place call The Shady Dell.

If your ever in the area you should take a look or even rent one
of there little Vintage, Restored Trailers. So very very Cool.

Of course in the morning sitting drinking coffee in our campsite
there was never a shortage of these little guys. I must have
taken 50 pictures of these beautiful birds.

I had to take a picture of this sign. Somethings never change!

Some real beautiful sunsets here in the desert!

Well thanks for stopping by and taking a look
at my little journey out to the old west!
Hope you have a blessed Easter!
