City Crafter Challenge #40

Another week has flown by.  And here I am again doing my post
for City Crafter Challenge Blog.. But before I get started I
just wanted to say Thank You all so much for all the
sweet comments..  It really does make my heart happy!
Thanks again! I really do appreciate it!

So here we are already on week #40 over at CCCB!
Our wonderful leader Kirsty is Hosting this week and she want us
to do a project with handmade flowers..

So Here is what I came up with!

I know your think another Tag for goodness sakes!  But This is not
just a Tag as you will see!

Of course I had to add some stitching and some yummy seam binding,
I got from Kirsty (Thanks)..  And my little Thanks stamp is from Verve.

So here is my hand made flower.. This is the first time I have made one
like this..  And I must admit it was pretty fun to make..
Yep.. That is glitter again..  Two weeks in a row.. What was I thinking!

So this Tag has an extra little pocket to Tuck in a little gift card..

I made a bunch of these about a year ago and
gave them to the ladies I work with.. I put a little candy bar in
the pocket instead of a gift card!  But a Tea Bag would work
well also!

Here are the die cuts I used to make my flowers..  So that's it!
That's my little project for this week!

To get all the details on this challenge you can hop on over to
 CCCB!

The winner this week will get to be our Guest Designer.

I hope everyone has an awesome week!

Hugs, Linda

Linda, your flowers seem magical, it must be the color and the glitter! I love the photo of your bird. I miss all the birds I saw in my trees in Colorado. Here if I put out bird food, I get all the black birds as well as ther morning dove and the squirrel! the cardinals only get the scraps and the bluejays come and go. The pretty little birds just aren't around much. Thanks for sharing the photo. Hugs for the week!

Hi Linda! This is the cutest tag/gift holder! What a clever idea. I think I just may have to make some of these--they would be super to have on hand to tuck little goodies in at the last minute when needed. Thanks for the awesome inspiration! Oh, and I love your handmade flower, too. :)

Great photos too!
Love your craft room.
P.S. I have that same Sizzix flower set - it was in the "why did I buy this pile". It is now making it's way to the "NOW I know what I can do with this pile." Thanks to you. That blue flower is top notch!!!
