Hello Friends...

I have been off work all last week and I still have this week off
and I have been non stop busy..  Mostly with that cute little Grand-baby..
Of course a lot of family in for the Easter Holiday..  Busy, Busy..
But I must say I have enjoyed every bit of it..

So here is my card for this weeks challenge over at

Cheryl is our Lovely host this week..  The challenge is called
Mother May I..
All you need to do is have the word Mother or Mum, Madre, Mommy...
on your project..
Pretty simple..  And Mothers day is right around the corner..

So here is what I came up with for this week..

I made a grid card..  I must say I got this idea from wonderful crafter named
Jacqueline..  She makes the most beautiful grid cards..  Every-time I see one of hers
I say I want to try one..   You really should go take a look at her work..
She has such a soft wonderful style..  You can check out her blog HERE..

This card came together pretty easy..  I just punch some DP from K&Co.. with my
square punch..  The hardest part for me was lining them up..
I did do a little distressing on all the edges..  But no stitching..

I added a couple of flowers.. and the stamped word Dream..
and my butterfly is a rub on..

I printed out Happy Mothers Day on my computer..
So as you can see a pretty easy challenge this week..
You should play along with us..
You just might win a prize..  Our sponsor this week is
Cindy Leeks..  She has put together a really cool prize..

To get all the details on this challenge or to see what the other Ladies have
come up with you can hop on over to CCCB.

Thanks so much for stopping by...
And Thanks so much for all the love you guys always leave..
It really makes my Day...

Hugs,  Linda

Fabulosu card my dear. Love the pretty papers. I see your pics are blurry. Mine were doing that too. One of the gilrls told me to size my pic to "original" when you are loading it into the post. I know my pics weren't blurry and I know yours aren't either. Blogger is resizing them somehow. That was the trick and it worked. :)
