Good Morning Sweet Friends...

Can you believe it is already May..
This time of year is so hard for me to stay indoors.
When the weather is so beautiful.  My star Jasmine is in full bloom!
It's just the perfect time to sit outside and take it all in!!
I know in just a month or so it will be to hot to sit outside during the day.

So on to this week challenge over at
Ros has put together a Color challenge for us..
The colors being  CREAM, CHARTREUSE, CORAL, BLUE
which just happen to be the initials of City Crafter name..
How smart is that..  Lots of fun!!

Here is what I came up with,

I did another Mothers day card..
The gals I work with bought some of my cards
and of course they needed some Mothers day cards..

I used my Big Shot to cute out these flowers and then
inked them up to distress them a little..  How about that
old Button..  I found it in my Button Jar I got from the antique shop..
It looks like it has been put through a lot of use..

Some cream seam binding.  And some stitching.
I know I say that a lot..  But what can I say.. You know I love stitching on
my cards..  And who doesn't love seam binding..

I simply printed Happy Mothers Day on my card..

So If you would like to play along with us this week.
You can just hop on over to City Crafter Challenge Blog and get all the Details.

Here is a shot my Hubby took of Myles and me..
Oh my gosh..  I just think he is the sweetest baby I have ever scene..
Speaking of  this sweet little guy..  My Daughter is stopping by in
just a little bit so we can visit before I go to work..

So I hope you all have a wonderful day!!
Thanks so much for stopping by..
And THANK YOU for all your kind comments.
They really make me so happy!!

Hugs, Linda

Such a sweet one Linda, love how you layered the flower and topped with a vintage button. Great choice of DP, I stumped that I could not find paper to make this week's card, that explained why I go for a CAS look, LOL!

I agree with you 100%, Myles is the cutest baby on earth!
