Happy Valentines Day

Hello my sweet friends.
I have some exciting news..  At least for me!
I woke up this morning and it was raining.
I know that's not Big news to some of you.  But it made
for one happy day for me.

So It's Valentines Day!
The day to show your special someone how
much you love them..  On this day of love we usually
stay at home and make a special dinner and eat by
candlelight.  But I do believe we are switching it up this year.
We will be going out for a nice dinner on this rainy day.
I am looking forward to it!!   How about you?
Any special plans?

I happened to get this shot a couple of weeks ago
why I was out shopping at lowes..  I just love the way
the flower buds are all curled up..

Well once again it is that time of the week
when I get to show off what I made for
City Crafters Challenge Blog.

Kirsty is our lovely host this week and is challenging us to
make a perfect pair of cards..

And thats not all..  That perfect pair need to be in
the colors Blues and Purples..

So I broke out a flower stamp.  And I used my water-color pencils
to color them up all pretty!

Then I framed them up on a card.
Such a nice and simple card.

Then I made another.. To make a perfect pair!

To get all the details on this challenge or to see all
the other card that the Design Team made
you can head on over to
City Crafter Challenge Blog..

Well I am going to get off this computer
and go enjoy this wonderful weather..

Thanks so much for stopping by!

Hugs, Linda

You are too funny getting excited over rain...shows what different areas we both live in. We need to share, I'll give you some more rain and you give me some of that sunshine. Hope you enjoyed your day and your special dinner with your love. Beautiful flowers and sweet, sweet cards.

Exciting to know you have had some rain, will help bring things back to life again. Have a wonderful evening Linda.

We spent ours having a favourite dinner together as a family, then our eldest surprised us with a beautiful homemade cheesecake for dessert. Very blessed.
