Go with your heart!

Good morning my sweets..
It looks like it's going to be a beautiful day
here in the desert.  Right now the sky's are blue,
not a hint of wind in the sky.
I might just head out to the nursery and
buy some flowers to plant...

The shots are all about Black and White over
at Texture Tuesday..  I had taken this shot some time
ago I had added Two of Kims textures..
"Feburary Magic edges and Live love laugh text"
And that wonderful little quote is one of her Brushes.

I am the Hostess again over at
The challenge I have come up with for this
week is called "Copy Cater"
Your have to take a copy of the Bird
from GRAPHIC FAIRIES and put it on
your creation.  The Bird image for you to copy
 is over at CCCB!

On my card I did some fussy cutting and
placed him on top of all my layers of paper.

I am sure most of you know what type of bird
this is.  I am the worst at remembering thing like that.
Even if I knew I am sure I forgot by now.
My blog friend Heather and her son are the best and
knowing what bird is what!
They have helped me out quite a few times with bird names..

Of course I tied it all up pretty with some
seam binding and an old button.

This card was a lot of fun to make.
if you want to play along you can get all the detail
at CCCB!

Thanks so much for stopping in.
I know I am a little behind on my seeing
all of you.  But I am headed outside for awhile
I will catch up with you all later..

Hugs,  Linda

Your card is beautiful, love the bird(I don't know what he is either), great challenge! We had storms roll through here last night, 3 hours of pouring down rain and now the sun is peeking through the clouds. It wasn't as violent a storm as predicted at least here, but I was prepared! Have a wonderful day, my friend, hope you find some sweet plants. I have baby tomatoes!!!! Let's just hope I don't have critter problems this year!

So very pretty Linda. I am not sure what this one is. A lot of times, the vintage images are of birds from other countries, and I am not that good. LOL :)
