Are you Felling the Warmth...

I do hope everyone had a wonderful weekend.
All day yesterday was spent unpacking and doing
laundry and trying to catch up on a little blogging.
I was even able to watch a little bit of the French Open.
I just love to watch Roger Federer play!

All in all a pretty relaxing day.  You gotta love a weekend
like that..

Over a Texture Tuesday Kim has given us the word warmth..
So I went off looking through my photos that gave me the feeling
of Warmth..  Of course the yellow flowers above
gave me that feeling.  There peddles lifted up to the sun!

and then the warm tones of this shot.
In all reality it was a chilly morning walk on the beach.
But I think this photo still has such a warm felling to it..

And then there was this shot..
nothing really to do with the colors of the shot.
I changed it to black can White and added one of Kim,s
textures..  But just the way these two men were chatting away,
looking out at the ocean.  Really enjoying there time together.
It gave me a warm fuzzy felling inside.

So there are my photos for the word Warmth..
What pops into you mind when you here the word Warmth?

I am linking up with TEXTURE TUESDAY.
The Texture I used was Lilly.

Well it's that time once again..
To show you what I have created for
City Crafters Challenge Blog..

Ros is our hostess this week and the theme is
Ticket to ride..
You must use a ticket on your project..

So I got my ticket along with a old vintage photo that
I bought from our sponsor this week.

Did a whole lot of layers.. Fun, Fun!!

And came up with one of my fathers day cards.

So not only did you need a ticket on your project you
needed to add some sort of transportation.. Mine was the bike
this young man was riding..

So if you would like to play along with us you can hop on
over to CCCB to get all the detail..

Once again you have a chance to win some free digital images
from our sponsor.

So that's all I have for you today.  I have a lot on my
plate to do today.  First stop the grocery store..
Not one of my favorite thing to do..  I try to pawn it off
on the hubby when ever I can.  He love's it..

Thanks so much for stopping by.

Hugs~

Beautiful, beautiful photos...love the yellow flowers, definitely giving off a lovely warm glow, and the pebbles, fantastic angle and the two chaps having a chat on the bench, really warms the heart. Your card is so delightful, love all those layers and as always put together so professionally. Urgggg, I hate super market shopping ! It is the worst tho when you come back from a lovely holiday and you have to do a shop at the super market: it really means that your holiday is over ! Lucky your hubby likes it, or were you being sarcastic ? xx

Hey Linda! I love the photo of the men on the bench! They probably had no idea you captured this incredible photo for all to see and what a great one it is! The ticket card for Father's Day is brilliantly done in a vintage inspiration with the digi papers!

I always enjoy your photos, and the warmth is felt! When I think of warmth, I think of that wonderful feeling when I first feel the sun on my skin after a long winter of only thinking about it!

Warmth is taking on a whole new meaning for us these days as summer is upon us with oppressive humidity. But it's not stopping us from getting out and enjoying the beautiful nature around here; we just have to do it earlier in the day. The photo of the two men on the bench is really sweet.

The warmth here is coming from the furnace running! It might freeze tonight so I'll look at your images for some warmth.

Humm...what pops into my mind when I think of warmth? Right now it's getting off the plane in Las Vegas in June and getting hit with that blast of hot summer air. LOL
