Time After Time....

Hello my friends..
I am back to show you the project I made for CCCB.
It's all about Time.  Yep, Cheryl our host wants us to add
a clock to our projects.  The minute I read the challenge I knew what
I wanted to do.   So I pulled out my Art Journal an got started.

I had so much fun with this page..  Lots of  messy fun...
I love to play with my paints and inks and stencils..
And rub-ons and stamps.
Makes me feel like a kid again.

I still don't feel to confident in my writing so
this time I used rub-ons and then printed the rest of
my quote out off the computer.

I even did some stitching before I used gel medium to
adhere the Bird house.

So another page done in my Art Journal.
I am really happy with the way this page came out..
Maybe because it was so fun to create.

To get all the details for this challenge you
can hop on over to

Thanks so much for visiting me. And I just
wanted to say Thanks for all the well wishes for my Mom.
She is doing much better.

One last thing I wanted to tell you before I go was that
the photo on top was taken at my in-laws house.
I am surprised it even turned out at all.  It was taken from
inside their house.  I was afraid if I opened up the door
he would fly away...  We have quail here in Vegas but I just
don't see them much in my neighborhood.

Till next time..

Hugs~

Wow, I love the quail, Linda, we had them in Colorado, but not in the neighborhood that I live in now. I did not recognize this one and have only seen them in the fields, but he is a stunner! Your page is beautiful and your heart just pours out to enjoy life to the fullest! Have a wonderful day!

I don't mind that you used rub ons and used your computer. Still not enough confidence about adding your own writing? Hun don't underestimate yourself...if I see what you are capable of with mixed media...the handwriting will be great too. I really LOVE what you made today!
Have a great day dear friend...Hugs!

Neat art journal page! So happy to see you use a little bird from an older SU set...it's still one of my faves. Gotta blow the dust off of it and take it out to play!
