Dreaming of Paris...

I am having one of those types of morning were I just
can't get going.  I am on my third cup of coffee and
my head still feels like its in a fog.  Now I am wishing
I would have gotten this post ready earlier, Cause I really
don't know if I am making any sense.
And I am just getting started.

I have been playing in my Art Journal again.
This weeks theme over at City Crafters Challenge Blog
is brought to us by Ros..  The Theme is BonVoyage.

I have to admit at first I was totally stumped at
what I was going to do..

But once I decided on what to create it came along pretty easy.

I really enjoyed creating this page. To me it was a little
like making a big card.  But instead of taping all the papers down
I used lots of medium gel mat.

And I wish I had more little embellishment to add but I
think it turned out OK with what I had.

I just hate my hand writing but I really wanted this
page to say how much I would love to visit Paris someday.
And writing in a journal is what it is all about.
Even though I don't do it to often.

So If you would like to join us this week and
create something with a BonVoyage theme we would love
to see it..  To get all the details on this challenge you
can head on over to City Crafters Challenge blog.

Well that's not all I have to show you today.
I have created a CAS Christmas card.

I just love this Christmas tree image.
I know... Christmas already.  This is the first of many I hope.

As you can see from this photo I had fun with my heat gun..
It's been so long since I had embossed anything.  I almost forgot how..

I am linking this to JINGLE BELLES challenge.
June Houck is hosting for them this week and the challenge is
Green or Red but not both..

I hope you all have a Happy Week and
Thanks so much for stopping by and visiting.

Hugs~

I had one of these mornings too. For me, I am quite sure it is the awful humidity we are having. Just makes one feel kind of lazy.

Love this page in your art journal. Wonderful vintage feel to it.
