Hello..

WOW.. A whole week went by..
Where the heck did the time go.  Lets just say I have been
enjoying my summer..  We escaped the heat for the weekend and
took another camping trip.   This time it was three days in a tent.  YIKES.
I still enjoyed every minute of it.

I was pretty excited this
morning when I woke up hearing raindrops outside..
Of course I popped out of bed and grabbed my camera
and ran outside..

OK... It wasn't a heavy rain but just enough to get me excited.
I am hopping it sticks around for at least a little while.

As you might already know it's that time of the
week again to show you what I have created for

Kirsty is our lovely host and her theme this week is "Solid as a Rock"
You must use solid paper in your project.  No designed papers..
So I used yellow and tan tones as you can see.
And a whole lot of stitching..

I just love this little flower stamp.
I know you have seen it before and will probably see
it again.  I colored it with my copic markers.

To get all the details on this challenge you can hop on over to

Once again this week I made a card for the
Jingle Bells Challenge..  YEA..  That makes two Christmas card
done for me..  I am on a roll now..

The theme this week is Santa Baby..
And I just love this Santa Image.  It is from Graphic Fairy..

Well that is all I have for now.  I am hoping I don't go a whole
week without posting again..  But you never know what the week will bring.

So have you been enjoying watching the Olympics.
I know I have..  Last night I was on the edge of my seat watching
women's beach Volley Ball.. Dang those women are in shape.
USA pulled off the win.. Hopefully they can hold on to it and get the Gold.

Thanks so much for Visiting.

Hugs~

Yes, I have been glued to the tv lately, watching the Olympics! And loving every minute! Love your photos, too. wow, you did an amazing job capturing "rain"! and you did an amazing job with this week's CCCB challenge. I would fail without my patterned paper. ;0 Love all your layers and the summery color combo and stitching. Lovely flower image, too. And a fabulous holiday card! Love that vintage style!

Oh I am thrilled that you were able to photograph the lovely rain...I know you don't see that much where you live so it must have been like being in a candy store!! You catured some beautiful rain-drop images!! Love both cards, especially the Santa. I have always been a Santa fan.

All that stitching on the card really makes that one a standout. The Santa card is awesome with the poinsettia detail; gift wrapped like a present. So much attention to detail goes into your cards. Color me impressed!

Tent camping is so fun I think! But only as long as you have an air mattress. I can't sleep on the ground anymore.

I love the stitching on your card Linda...the whole thing is so pretty and well done!
