Happy Camper...

We had the chance to escape again this weekend.
Looking for cooler weather and found it once again not to far
from home.  We didn't tent it this time. We pulled our trailer up
to the Mt Charleston where it was nice and cool.  We even got a bit
of rain.  So you know I was one Happy Camper.

We took long walks and didn't even break out into a sweat.
And we enjoyed seeing the Birds and Squirrels once again.

This week over at City Crafter we have some sad news.
Cheryl who is our host this week is leaving us.  I sure will miss
her working with us.  She is so talented and creative.  Hopefully it
is just a break and she will be back.

Cheryl is asking us to use fabric on our project..
How fun is that.

So this week I made a Prayer Flag..  Have you seen them around.
They kinda remind me of a Banner.  I just love the way they look and
I definitely want to make more of them.

I got my inspiration for my sweet blog friend Jan.
You can read more about prayer flags HERE.

There is all kinds of layering of fabrics
and lace and buttons and hand crochet flowers.
And from what I can tell Prayer Flag have a message and
mine would be the message of Love..

So if you would like to get the details on this challenge you
can hop on over to City Crafters Challenge Blog.  While you are there
you can check out what the other gals made.  We also have a new
gal on our DT.  Her name is Charlene and I am looking forward to
working with her. So glad to have her on our team.

Thanks so much for stopping by my friends.
I do hope you all have a happy week.

Hugs~

I'm glad you found some cool weather to enjoy! It's been cooler this past few days here. We are very dry and everything is turning brown. And I don't want to look too closely but I do believe I see some yellow leaves! :(
