Scavenger Hunt Sunday...

How are you doing my sweets?
We are enjoying our weekend here.

We have done a little spring cleaning, Or should I say
Fall cleaning.  We emptied out our closet and got rid of
clothing we no longer wear.  I am the worst at shopping, lets just
say I don't have a whole lot of clothes.  My husband actually has more
than I have.  That's just not right.  I guess it's because I just hate trying clothes
on. Nothing ever looks right.  I would love to have a shopper come and pick
out all my clothes for me.  How cool would that be!
That's why most of the time you will catch me in my Jeans and converse.

Anyhoo..  It sure does feel good to have our closet
nice and clean.

So on to this weeks
Scavenger Hunt.

The words this week are;

CRACKED, FALLEN, ORDINARY COLOR, BOKEH, FENCE

CRACKED
 I
I just love the way this Bouganvilla leaf looks.
I know those aren't cracks but it sure does look like it to me.

FALLEN

It's that time of year.. Falling leaves..

ORDINARY COLOR

Love playing with my watercolors.
As you can see I am pretty messy with my paints.

BOKEH

Branches from my Mexican Bird of Paradise.
Not the best shot, But it will do. Lots of Bokeh.

FENCE

I just love this photo.  This fence is in front of one of
my favorite places to eat ribs.  It's call Lucille's.  It is so yummy!

I wanted to say Thanks You
for all the kind comments on my last post.

I do hope you all have a nice relaxing weekend.

Hugs~

Good morning, my friend! I enjoyed looking at your photos (as ALWAYS) as a beautiful start to my day. Loved each one, but the paintbox especially grabbed me!

And I feel as you do about trying on clothes, and owning them. Same here with me and hubby. He's got more than I do. Sigh.

You are too funny! I always say I wish I had a personal shopper to buy my clothes! I try them on and feel like a freak! Go through all the trouble and maybe end up with one article of clothing! Nothing ever fits rights! Too tight here or falls off there! I use to sew all my clothes and fit was never an issue! Too lazy now! Great pictures, GF! Hope you have a wonderful Sunday!

Beautiful shots, as always. l love the first one of the Bouganvillia, the colour is amazing and of course your paints. I don't think you could enjoy creating if you had to keep your watercolours neat, mess is part of the process, well that's my excuse anyway. xx

Beautiful photos, Linda! Love your take on cracks and fallen! Everything is so, so pretty. I need to go look up bokeh, though. I have no idea what that is. ;)
I'm with you on the clean house, thing. I sure hate to do it, but it feels so good afterwards. I've been trying to tackle my windows lately. Hate that job, but boy they need a good scrubbing.

Beautiful, beautiful images!!! =]

Linda, it's so funny what you said about your clothes.... I've been awake since about 2:00, this morning (almost 4, now) and.... somewhere in the watches of the night, I was thinking about how I don't have many clothes - I wear the same things all the time - for years on end (but, clean, of course! =]) I was thinking that if I could just lose fifteen more pounds, I could fit into all sorts of cute dresses and skirts that I've been hoarding since I last wore them, fifteen years ago when I started having babies. Then, I realized.... they're probably so out of date.... I need to go clothes shopping....

Well! Once again, great minds think alike! =]
