Shades of Pink

The flower shown here is a flower I have never quite paid much
attention too.  It is an Oleander.  These plants do so well here in the
desert.  But I have never considered them very pretty.  I don't know why.
Their flowers really are quite beautiful.  When you stop and really look.

Today I am sharing with you what I have created for this
weeks challenge over at City Crafters Challenge blog.
This post has been Scheduled because I am
still far, far away from home and my computer.

Ros is our hostess this week. And the Challenge is to "Be Inspired".
All you need to do is add your favorite inspirational quote or Bible verse
to your project.

I just love this quote. I know you have seen me use it before,
But I just had to use it again.  This is another book mark for
a girlfriend of mine.  I had made her one for her Birthday
but her dog had tore it up.

There is lots of fun laying of paper going on here.
Using lots of mod podge.

I kinda like the way this one turned out, I might just have to
keep it and make her another one.

Here is the other side.  Lots of shades of pink going on here.

To get the detail on this challenge you can
hop on over to City Crafters Challenge Blog.

You know I have been missing what everyone has been
up to.  But like I said in my last post I promise to catch up
as soon as I get back.

Till then I do want to say thanks so much
for stopping by.

Hugs~
