The beginnings of Fall..

When I think of New York City I really don't think
about nature and trees.  I think of the hustle and bustle of
city streets full of cars and cabs.  I think of sky scrapers and of
course lots of shopping.  Well much to my surprise there was quite a bit
of nature in this wonderful city.  And lots of green. You know how much
I love the color green.

I did catch some leaves trying to change and the beginnings of fall
everywhere you looked.

The weather was perfect for us.  I still had my jacket on.
Even though most of the locals just had tee-shirts on.

As you can see the leaves had started to fall.
But most of the of the trees in this wonderful city were still nice and green.

I haven't even had time to go through a quarter of my
photos from our trip.  Almost 900 photos..  YIKES..

Charlene our hostess this week is having us make a Halloween

card or project.  But just not any type of Halloween card or project. 

You must have a Pinwheel on your project. 

I had fun with this. I had never made a pinwheel before. 

And it was much easier than I had thought.  Once again I just

headed over to Youtube to find out how. 

I just fell in love with this cat image.  

I got it from Google photos. 

Go figure.
