Gone once again.

Hello my friends.
We are gone once again.  We have pulled our trailer out to
the Lake Mead which is not too far from home.

We got a wonderful site with great views.
Enjoying the good life.

So I am going to get right to it and show you
what I have created for this week over at
City Crafters Challenge Blog

Kirsty is our Hostess this week and has given us this
beautiful photo for inspiration.

So here is the card I created. I just love the way this
turned out and I was all done and getting ready to take the
photo and then at the last minute I decided to spray some
glitter mist on it.  Bad decision.  I thought it would be
a clear glitter and when I sprayed the card it came out silver.
(note to self - always test before spraying on project)

Well I didn't have time to redo it, so as you can see
there is silver spray all over the card. Not a good look!

Oh well... live and learn.

So to get all the details on this challenge
Hop on over to CCCB.

Thanksgiving is in a couple of days.
(here in the states)
Our plans have changed at least 3 times on where we
will be enjoying our Big Dinner.  As of now we will be headed
back into town to enjoy it with my brother and sister in-law.
We will see if it stays that way.

Thanks so much for stopping by.
And I do hope everyone has a happy week.

Hugs~

ok, see, i saw the pale silver mist on that and thought, "omg! how AWESOME!!!" b/c there's a tiny cast of grey in the inspo piece... and a sort of magical fairy feeling... and i just thought, "wow, linda totally captured that with silver mist"!!!! so i'd have to say that was less of a "mistake" and more of what bob ross used to call a "happy accident"! and it looks FAb, as does the whole card! love it!!! ♥
