Well it's that time of the week again to
show you what I have found for
Scavenger Hunt Sunday.
I am pretty happy to say I took all these photos
this week. None are from my archives.
And for some reason I found it to be a pretty
tough week. Some of these photos just happened.
And then I worked them into photos for the prompts.
SEASON
COLORFUL
CALM
I was finally out in the backyard cleaning up all those leaves.
and when I stopped to take a break I was thinking how wonderful the
weather was... there was no wind. It was nice and calm..
I have to say I just love days like this.
SILHOUETTE
Not a whole lot to say about this shot.
Sunsets always make for good silhouette photo.

I know Its a busy time of the year.

SEASON
I was going to do a Christmas photo and use the words "tis the season".
But as I was relaxing in my backyard reading and trying not to pay attention to
all the dead leaves lying around, that I should be cleaning up, it hit me.
I could use this for a season shot.. Always thinking of SHS shots.
Fall is one of the seasons.
I don't believe winter has arrived in Las Vegas yet.

As I was trying to get another colorful shot of my
Bouganvilla (like you haven't seen enough of those). I caught this
little fella hanging out. Right there on my Bouganvilla.
You know I had to snap off a couple of shots of him.
WEATHER
I was on my way to play my Thursday morning card game
with my girlfriends and as I was driving I happen to notice how beautiful the sky was.
I tried to capture it in my rear-view mirror. (Much prettier in real life)
The weather has been gorgeous lately.
But the weatherman says that is all about to change.
and when I stopped to take a break I was thinking how wonderful the
weather was... there was no wind. It was nice and calm..
I have to say I just love days like this.

We went to the park today after lunch because the weather is just too beautiful here!

Ahh great shots this week for shs. Love the lone leaf, colors are gorgeous!! You and I had the same idea of silhouette...caught mine while out west too.

Silhouette is my fave-but this is a great set. I too have looked in the side mirror and had to stop to capture. While I hate bugs-that shot came out well. Funny you say the SHS was tough. I found it easy. That always seems to happen. When I think it hard, ineveitably someone else thought it was easy. Hmmmm. Happy day Linda.
Love your pics and your silhouette is as yellow as mine but your trees are different :) I like your colorful ans weather pics most and palm trees !!!

Well, I think that first photo is just beautiful! Great way to take advantage of the fallen leaves. Ours are still coming down but fortunately D is a bit fanatical about raking them so I don't have to. :)
