Another Hunt is upon us once again.
Boy this week just flew by.
So here is what I found on this week's Hunt..
SUMMER
When I think of the word summer, the first thing that comes to mind is
kids swimming in a pool or playing at a park. Well I had non of those types
of shots available to me. So I went for a early morning walk to see what I could find..

DANCE
I could be totally wrong but I am pretty sure
this duck is trying to do the Chicken Dance. Or maybe he's just taking
a morning walk like me. But to fit the prompt, we are going to say this fella
is doing the chicken dance. Hee Hee.

LAUGHTER
It just melts my heart to see Myles laugh like this.
He was watching his Mom and Dad monkeying around at the park.

HELPER
I was totally lost with this prompt.
I had snapped off a shot of this cute gal waiting for her owners to
finish shopping. I am pretty sure she is a wonderful helper.
Aren't all dogs good helpers?

WATER
This is the most strange looking duck I've ever seen.
Is he even a Duck?? His body looks like a duck but that not that beak.
Do any of you guys have an idea of what he is?
He was the only one at the pond that looked like this.
He kept disappearing under the water and then popping back up.

I am looking forward to seeing what everyone else came up with
this week. I think it was a tough week. But I guess that's what makes it fun.
Thanks so much for stopping by!
Hugs~

Awesome for each of the prompts Linda!! I love the cloths pins, and surely he is doing the chicken dance. The one of sweet Myles made me laugh and the face of the patiently waiting dog says she must be a great helper. The last one looks like it could possibly be of the grebe family. Hope you are staying cool my friend, if that is possible ;)
These are great! Love the goose shot - just taking a stroll!
Beautiful photos. I have to say that the duck looking bird has me totally stumped. I looked up ducks online and can't find a match. Where did you see it? :)
Myles, the Dog and the Duck are neat shots Linda.
A child's laugh does make the heart melt. I like to think my little dog is a good helper too. At least she makes me smile when she tries to help.

Gorgeous photos ... and agreed, all doggy's are great helpers!! :)
What great images for a fun idea. Loved the doggie helper, and the summer clothes line and Myles and.. all of it.
that's a grebe. not certain what type. maybe an eared grebe or horned grebe? :)
Smiling from ear to ear:-D duck doing a chicken dance ,love it! X
That dog shot is nicely composed. Too bad you can't get a copy to the owners. No clue on that duck, but the other one is definitely doing the chicken dance.
The simplicity of your "summer" shot is so gosh darn striking!
I have to agree with Kathy, the simplicity of the clothes pins is awesome. Brings back lots of memories of my Grandma.
All your shots are wonderful interpretations of the prompts and beautifully captured!
Great photos - love the clothesline!
love the dog but the duck who isn't a duck has kind of spooky eyes! lovely pictures and loved your dishes last week as well xxx
love that last one.
Beautiful takes on the prompts Linda, have a great week, Annette x
I like Myles laughing best. Good job with the rest of the prompts too.
Great shots Linda! Ha! I knew TexWisGirl would know what that bird was. :-) Such a cute picture of Myles laughing at his parents. Love it!
Fabulous photo's, Linda, love all of them! Maybe the duck is a whuck! What the heck duck! Don't know but he looks like he is having fun and staying cool. wish I could try that all day long! Have a wonderful Father's Day!

Beautiful pictures! I love your water and laughter pictures. They are wonderful! I also enjoyed the clothesline. I always dry my clothes outside in the summer!
I love your take on the prompts Linda, you have captured Myles happy laughing face beautifully, great shots!! I think the duck is an eared grebe too, it's a stunning photo, well done, hugs Gay xx

These are wonderful photos - thanks for sharing.
Stunning photos as always Linda! What a great interpretation of all the prompts!
All your prompts this week have the cuteness factor♥
Oh lovely, clever Linda...I think you can get any photo to fit a prompt lol. I do love the pegs on the line, it's very "summery" and of course Myles is just adorable. Don't know about your last photo of the water bird, he looks a little evil with the pointed beak and red eyes but love his round, chubby shape. xx
Your summer shot is so creative and a perfect photo too. I do the chicken dance the same way that duck dies it!
Great set. The dance picture and your comments made me smile. Summer is so true and brought back memories. Thanks
Looks like a pretty eventful walk to me. LOL It never ceases to amaze me at how much life you bring to the people and animals in your shots. Your photos are never just flat stills. That takes skills GF. Hugs!
I alwaysLOVE your interpretations! The chicken dance got me this time! LOL!
Ooooh...I love all the shots here. Especially of your little grandson and all the animals! :)
Lovely shots Linda, I love the clothes peg and the Myles's happy shot, oh that duck with red eye too, awesome!

Fabulous shots again ... can you please send some summer my way?
Oh, wow, gorgeous photos, Linda! The clothesline shot just made me happy for some reason......nostalgic, I guess...although I've certainly never hung clothes on a line. :) Love, love little Myles, and LOVE your wildlife shots. That little pup is sooo cute. Love that bird/duck guy, too!
These are fantastic Linda, you always make me smile with your wonderful pictures friend! Hugs!
Terrific pictures and amazing detail; especially the dog and strange duck :)
Gosh ~ I'm not sure what that last bird is but I agree that other duck is indeed doing the chicken dance. LOL!
A child's laughter is music to the ears isn't it? Fantastic capture of your little cherub.
xo Catherine
We might call the bird a "Geoorde Fuut" in Dutch, which would translate into something like "Eared Grebe". But heck, just wild guessing here :) Gorgeous photos Linda! Sweet shot of laughing Myles. Hope you're having a fab time traveling with big Bertha. Hugs and happy day, Wendy
Wonderful set.
I remember my mom hanging clothes on the line in the summer so your summer shot was really nostalgic.
Loved your laughter shot.
Got a chuckle out of the goose doing the "chicken" dance.
Interesting bird in your water shot.
Wonderful ideas for the prompts this week! I found this week hard, also! My favorite has to be the clothespins, makes me think of my Nannie's house!
I think it looks like a baby Merganser but it's hard to tell when they are young. Very sweet photos my friend! Myles sure is a happy little guy! How sweet is that!
These are wonderful, Linda, and that sweet little Myles just melts my heart!
Love the clothespins - would have never thought of that! The picture of Myles is so precious!
Ohh, wonderful photos and captions! I always love the stories from all the photos you shared, LOL too at some of them being so funny :). I'm not sure what is he, but he looks like a handsome duck. And Handsome Myles :). I'm in joy reading this post, thank you.
Wonderful and lovely photos! hugs...x
Fabulous pictures, Linda. The bird with a red eye, I have no idea what he is! Looks like he got a little shampoo in his eye, tho. ;)
