Thanks you JUNE, I had fun with this one!

OK,  so I know your saying Where are your pearls
Well doesn't the button sort of look like a pearl!

Well in between looking at blogs and hanging
out in the pool and celebrating Fathers Day,
I had some time to play around in
my little room.

Here is a bottle I had a little fun with!

I just printed this label up from The Graphic Fairy,
glued it to the bottle added some glitter glue,
a flower, and gave it a pearl necklace..

I couldn't use those pearls on my card,
Well maybe the tiny ones in back..
But I needed them for my bottle! :)

It's A Blog Party....

Karen Valentine is having a little Party, or should I
say a real BIG PARTY!  It's her 2nd Annual
So I decided to go to the party!
I am so excited to see every ones spaces

So here we go!

Here is a peek into my Craft Room!
Or as I like the call it,

MY HAPPY PLACE!

I just love this room, Just listening to music and
being creative here, Makes my Heart Smile!
It look so clean right now!  But most of the time you
you can't even see the table top.

My Bead Lamp is one of many things I just
Love in here!  I got it as a white elephant gift for
Christmas!  One persons trash is another man's
treasure!

I made the Little SIMPLIFY sign.
I just love the way it turned out!
Words to live by!

One of the things  I love to share about
my Craft room is it's frugal cost!
Let me explain.  My two craft
 Tables my husband found
on the side of the road, to be thrown away!
A little paint and I sanded down the top and
refinished it and walla and new craft table for
free!
Also the little drawers
that my sewing machine is on,
my next door neighbor was throwing it out,
so you know I had to bring it home,
and  in the craft room it went.

OK I see you eyeballing my Pink Big Shot!
I bought the Pink one because it was on
clearance for about 1/2 the cost.
I think the color is growing on me!

This is the table top of another table my husband
found, He used his handy dandy Saw and cut it in
half,  The other half has all the legs and is sitting on
my patio,  These cubical and drawers were in
 my daughter room.
When she moved out she didn't want them,
So in the craft room they went!  Put the
table top on them and I have a another table.
 That little stool
Yep, I'm going to say it again, I came from someones
trash...  I just made that little cover for it!

This is the inside of my Closet!

OK I must admit I just Bought these little shelf's.
They are for Shoes. And the cost was less than
20 Bucks.

So with all the money I saved on furnishing.
I can go to the Craft Store!
Another one of My Happy Places!

Of Course My Craft Room would not be Complete with
out my Kitty hanging out with me!
So I hope you enjoyed seeing
MY HAPPY PLACE!
Thank you Karen for throwing such a fabulous Party!

A Nice and Relaxing Day....

I have been just lounging around all morning playing in my
craft room.  I have a couple of little projects to show you!
This first one is for this weeks Tag Tuesday

The Challenge is a "Man" theme, Which I think I might
have taken the wrong way!  Another Blond moment...Hehe
I just made my tag for a man.  But I did not put a Man on
my Tag...   Either way this is what I came up with.
I really want My Man to use it as a Book Mark so there
are no embellies on it!  That was hard for me.
I really don't think my Man wanted lace on his tag!

I just love this little Bible Verse.  I have it written in a
little book full of my favorite quotes.  I thought it
went perfect with this Tag!   Yes I know you
can tell I drew that lovely tree.. You can stop
Laughing now.  So now you see why I play
with paper instead of drawing..

****
This next card is a Fathers Day card for my Father-In-law.
The sketch is from One Stop Craft Challenge! O.K. I could have
used that man on my Tag but he was already taken. And
I'm sure some of you know were he is from..
Graphic 45..  I just love there stuff!

I hope you got time too play around and
enjoy the day!
Thank for visiting me and I hope the rest
of your week goes well!

Hugs, Linda

Well were off and running with another fun Challenge over at CCCB!
Kirsty is our host this week and has come up with a fun
Little challenge,  Are you ready to play!

Our Theme this week is Venice, Beyond the Gondola..
I have never been to Venice but that would definitely be a
Dream Vacation of mine!
So Stop on over to our Challenge Blog and get all the
details to play along with us!

*******

The Hubby and I got to take a quick little camping trip with my
In-laws to the Hualapai Mountains, In Arizona.
So you know I have to show you a couple of pictures we
took of our little trip!

We love to take our early morning little walks with our Coffee!
It is pretty quite and sometime you can see more wild life!

This little gal," At least I think she's a gal" was also up early
trying to get a some breakfast in before rush hour started!

This little woodpecker hung out in our Campsite all weekend
Yes, that is a power pole right in the middle of our site
but we had no power!
How crazy is that!
And of course Lots of green tree's which I love!
So since I can't make it to Venice yet I will just keep on
doing my little Dream Vacation with our
Trailer!
Thanks for stopping by and taking a peek and don't forget
to check out the rest of the DT Card over at CCCB!

My Favorite Things.....

These are a few of my Favorite things...
That is what Louise over at Tag Tuesday came up with
for this weeks Challenge,  What a great Theme!

Well I did put a couple of my favorite things on my tag!
Can you guess what they are?

I love to put lace on my Tags,
and I also love Flowers,
and I like to use a little distress
 ink most of the time!
Even though I like to stamp my tags
I also love to look for printed images to
play around with and embellish.
And of course I LOVE to make TAGS!

I must be getting old because when I took a close up shot of the
Heart I cut out,  it was a really bad job!  I didn't even notice
how bad it was till I saw the close up of it.  So I deleted that
close up picture of the heart!

And I just got new glasses.. I don't get it!

******

Well I have been packing up the trailer again for a quick
little getaway..  Another one of my favorite things,
"CAMPING"
This picture was taken last summer on a camping trip, I
know some of you have seen it before,  But this is
exactly what we love to do..... Sit Back and Relax!!
Read a good book, Sit around a camp fire,
drink a little wine... Talk about good times!
It doesn't get any better than that!

****

I will catch up with all of you when I get back
from our little camping trip!
Don't forget to stop by and take a look at all the great
Tags over at Tag Tuesday!  And Thanks for Stopping by
and taking a look!

Here Comes the Bride....

Well I hope everyone's week is off to a great start.
It's nice and hot here in Vegas,  But it should cool down
a little by this weekend.

Over at CCCB we have another great challenge going on
and our Hostess this week is the very talented Cheryl from
I'm sure by my title you can tell what the theme is!
A Wedding theme!

So are you getting tired of my doilies yet!
I'm not! You know I had to put one on this card
with this theme!

The Little Tag I have on my Card is from Graphic 45.
I just love there paper and all there Tags.
I just love the Vintage feel of this Tag!

You know I had to throw in some picture's of my other
passion..   This is my Mexican Bird of Paradise.. It just
started to Bloom the other day!  Thank goodness this
beauty loves the heat!  and will bloom most of the
summer!

Thank you for stopping by, I appreciate all your
Wonderful comments!
