The Christmas Spirit

Have you got it?

Are you feeling it?

I am definitely feeling it.
I was thinking that I wouldn't be in the
Christmas mood at all this year.

With everything being so different this year,
I was really worried that I might get a little bit down.

But that didn't happen.
I pulled out a few of my favorite Christmas decorations that I brought with me.
We set out to buy some lights and hang them on "Big Bertha".
We put up a tiny little tree with sparkling lights on it and set it outside right next to our door.

And in this little town of Port Townsend they had a tree lighting ceremony.
So we bundled up with our hats and scarves and braved the chilly air.
Now if that doesn't get you in the Christmas mood nothing will.
We even got a glimpse of Santa as we were listening to Christmas carolers.

Not only did we see Santa but we listened to the beautiful music
this young chap played on his flute.  His poor fingers must have been frozen.

So my hopes are that you have all the
Christmas Spirit that this time of the year can bring.

Thanks once again for all your kind comments.
I feel so blessed to have met so many nice people here in Blogland.

I am playing along with
Song-ography
This weeks song is brought to you by
Michael Buble's  "It's Beginning to look a lot like Christmas".
Thanks Kathy

A Christmas Scavenger Hunt..

We only have a few days left.

My wishes are that you are enjoying this
magical season!

JOY

I am sure you already know this little guy brings me
so much Joy!

TANGLED

I just love the way these lights look all
tangled up in the garland.

SILVER

Silver Bells.
I can't believe that all I could find in our house is
gold bells.  Once you change the photo to black and white
they become silver bells.

GUILTY PLEASURE

Don't even get me started with these.
I love them almost as much as I love "See's" nut and chews candy's.

ANGEL

I leave this sweet Angel ornament out all year long.
She sits in my craft room watching over me.

I know I haven't been around much,  I have been busy
enjoying my family.
Life is Good!

Wishing all of you a very
MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Hugs Linda
