It is so hard for me to write this post. I thought about not writing
it at all.. But I feel like I must.
We had to say goodbye to my Dad last Wednesday.
He passed away with my Mom by his side. He passed peacefully as
he took his last breath. We knew this day was coming, but it doesn't make it
any easier. He had been so sick for some time. I just keep reminding myself
that he is not in pain anymore. And he is in such a better place.
Here is a photo of him when he was younger. It is one of my Mom's favorite photos of him.
