I've been everywhere.

Do you know that Johnny Cash song?
"I've been everywhere".  Well I sure haven't been everywhere, but I have been
enjoying the places that we have been.  Maybe one day I'll be able to see all the places
from that song.

Last time I posted we had left Zion and we were in Moab, UT.
We spent a whole week there in Moab and enjoyed it so much.
So much to do there with so many National Parks near by.
We visited Arches and Canyonlands.  Both Breathtaking parks.

We pulled out of Moab yesterday and we are now parked in a little town called
Cortez, CO.  It is the City right before you get to Mesa Verde National Park.
Our stay here won't be too long. Maybe another day or two.  Just flying by the seats of our
pants here.

Here are some random shots from our week.

The trees were in full bloom in Moab.

Our early morning hike..  Coffee is a must.
It just kept getting in the way of my shots. LOL

Here is my Fence shot for this week meme
"Good Fences" It's a nice strong fence don't ya think.

Just one of the many Arches we saw on our hike.
So much prettier in real life.

As much as I have been enjoying the scenery,
I am not a huge fan of the desert.  I think its because I lived there way too long.
So I had to throw in another shot that didn't looks so deserty.. Is that a word. LOL.

Linking up to GOOD FENCES

If you would like to see more of our travels you can hop on over to my
hubby's blog HERE.  He gives way more detail and more photos of where we have been.

Thanks so much for stopping by, I do appreciate all the Love you guys give me.

Any guesses on where our next stop might be?

Hugs~

I'm so pleased to be sharing your adventures, virtually taking me to places that I'm sure I will never visit for real.lucky you're such an amazing photographer, if it was me taking you virtually, you'd be missing out on lots and thinking you needed eyeglasses lol! Have fun, Julie x

I sure do know that song - and I love that you guys are flying by the seat of your pants - being & going everywhere. And I love your photos!
I feel the same - Utah was one of the most dramatic & beautiful places we've visited - but the deserty (I think it should be a word if it's not) parts of the world aren't my favorite. I love green & blooms & the softer life. :) But I love to see it all - and you capture it all superbly.
Happy trails!!

All of your pics are fabulous but I can do without any bees, thank you. I only like winter because there are no bees and things that go buzzzz. I am trying to be a brave girl now that Spring is here.

I've visited Arches National park and loved it. So much beauty in those rock formations. It was hot but great for people with Asthma because the air was nice and dry there. Wonderful shot of the arch & such pretty flower/bees photos.

All your shots are delightful. Green surrounds and spring flowers are such serene scenes. The desert is striking but I know what you mean.

I'm not a desert-lover either - fantastic for a visit, then I need to see 'proper' trees and flowers!
Wonderful photos :)

I agree about the desert. I visited Arizona too many times as a kid, while my Grandmother lived there. Living in Michigan I prefer green grass, trees and large bodies of water.

Well I have to say I am loving the desert:) Those silly coffee cups always do that:) Beautiful beautiful pics. Enjoy everywhere man. Hug B

Hi Linda! First off, yes I know that JC song thanks to working with Dr. P. in surgery. Lol Also, Yes, deserty is a word in my book…I use it all the time! Lovely shots here. I know what you mean though. There is some stunning scenery in Utah and you've captured it well, but it doesn't have to be your favorite climate! I'm loving all the springy flowers too. Have a wonderful day today, the weather is nice and we'll be heading out for the Mariner's game later. :-)

Thanks for sharing your gorgeous photos, Linda! We spent time in both Arches and Mesa Verde on our big trip in 2012. Loved seeing everything in both places! Boy, it was hot when we visited Arches, though. I bet that it's so much nicer at this time of year. Enjoy flying by the seat of your pants!!!
